Hello All!!
One of the most rewarding things I did while I was in the Navy was being
a Hospital Corpsman First Class. For those of you who don't know what
a Corpsman is, the other term best used to describe it is Medic. I was a
Corpsman (Medic) for 13 years while in the Navy. I treated over 5,000
troops both overseas and abroad. At my last duty station, I was in charge
of over 700 person's medical and dental records, as well as continually
giving "in-services". An in-service, is a small lecture usually about an
hour in length, and the lesson for me is anything pertaining to medical
first aid, procedures, etc. Also, I have had the privilege to teach workout
regiment classes. With this class, I basically explain the best way to diet,
workout plans, and overall well being. I liked this class so much that I
actually have followed my own advice and have used this regiment in my
every day life. The truth of the matter is, I haven't followed my regiment in
a couple of years now.. Yep, I myself got lazy as a snail.. I do know
however that this regiment works VERY WELL... I followed this for 6
months, lost 25 pounds within the first 40 days, and then started
building weight back the right way!! Weight by MUSCLE..

least 10% of your body weight within the first 40 days, I will personally

You MUST however follow the exact regiment shown. That means you
have to hit the gym at least 3 days out of the week, preferably 4 and must
use cardiac workouts at least 2 times a week, preferably 3.
